Terms of Service
Effective date: October 16, 2026
These Terms govern your use of MyUploader ("the app"), a desktop application that lets you publish videos to your TikTok account. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
MyUploader lets you sign in with TikTok, select a video file on your computer, review the caption and posting settings, and publish the video to TikTok or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft, using TikTok's official API.
2. Eligibility and your TikTok account
You must meet TikTok's minimum age and eligibility requirements and have a TikTok account in good standing. Your use of TikTok through the app is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.
3. Your content
You are solely responsible for the videos, captions and settings you publish. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, including music, and that your content complies with applicable law and TikTok's policies. When you disclose promotional or branded content, you agree to TikTok's Branded Content Policy. By posting you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.
The app never posts without your action: a video is sent to TikTok only when you press "Post to TikTok" or "Send to TikTok inbox".
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to post spam, infringe others' rights, impersonate anyone, circumvent TikTok's limits or technical measures, or violate any law or TikTok policy.
5. Privacy
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided in early access and may change or stop working, including when TikTok changes its API. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that uploads will succeed or that TikTok will accept or distribute any content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, followers or revenue, arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by signing out and revoking its access in TikTok settings. We may stop providing the app at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
